This is a beautifully balanced filly with a good top-line, lovely clean legs, and excellent movement at the trot.  She has a beautiful, breedy head of the “Moscow type” and expressive eyes.   Kazan’s character is good and level-headed, and she gives everything she has to her work.

Kazan’s half-brothers Kimberlit and Kursk (through dam Kazna) are already really fine racers of the 2.5 class, and a half-sister from last year’s auction, Krasnokradka (Kriket-Kazna), is also showing excellent results on the Kazan Hippodrome.   The great broodmare Kazna, our filly Kazan’s dam, is the daughter of the legendary and spectacular champion, Perm Stud’s Kolorit and Moscow Stud’s Kopot’ of the Kadetka mare line, Kuban’ “nest.  This inheritance virtually guarantees great working capacity and magnificent looks for Kazna’s foals.
